These terms cover your use of The Spreadsheet (the "Site"). They're written in plain English on purpose - we're a small analytics site, not a law firm. By creating an account or using the Site you agree to them.

Accounts

You need an account to unlock certain tools. You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity that happens under your account. Give us accurate info when you sign up.

Subscriptions & purchases

Some tools are paid, either as a monthly subscription or a one-time purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until you cancel.

Refunds

• You can cancel a subscription any time. Your access stays active through the end of the period you already paid for - no partial refunds for unused time, and no further charges after that.
• If this is your first purchase (subscription or one-time), you can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked.
• If our data feed is unavailable or stale for more than 7 consecutive days during a paid period, we'll credit you for the affected period.

Data

Our stats are derived from publicly visible League Gaming pages (schedules, box scores, rosters, and signups). We do our best to keep everything accurate and up to date, but the underlying source data can be incomplete, delayed, or wrong, and our calculations may contain errors. Don't treat anything on the Site as guaranteed accurate - use it as one input among others.

Acceptable use

Don't try to scrape, resell, or redistribute paid data from the Site, and don't attempt to disrupt or abuse the service. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate this.

Changes

We may update these terms as the Site evolves. Meaningful changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
